The most directly relevant Pinealon publications are experiments in cells and rodents. One paper reported changes in cell viability and oxidative-stress markers in cultured cells. Another examined offspring of rats exposed to prenatal hyperhomocysteinemia. Neither study tested insomnia, memory decline, or a consumer product in people.
That distinction matters because the search results are full of cycle lengths and timing advice. A dose chart needs a human dose-ranging study of a defined preparation. The cited literature does not supply one.
