Humanin is described in the literature as a mitochondrial-derived peptide involved in cellular stress signaling. That makes it scientifically interesting. It does not establish that injecting synthetic Humanin, or an analog such as HNG, recreates a physiological signal at a safe concentration in a healthy person.
The therapeutic literature is primarily mechanistic, cell, and animal research. It is not a dose-ranging clinical program for longevity, energy, cognition, or bodybuilding. Those are separate claims that need separate human evidence.
